MINIMUM ORDER
We require a $1500 minimum order total for shipping to be included.
Once you have placed an order, you may change or cancel the order within 24 hours from the date of order by emailing unless we have already prepared your order for shipment. No cancellation is allowed on rush orders as we commence palletizing and packaging immediately.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped on pallets via LTL Third-Party Freight Carrier Companies. If you have a preferred freight carrier, please let us know when you complete our freight questionnaire or by emailing us at hello@mommapots.com.
Domestic Orders (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
Shipping is included with all orders that meet our minimum order requirement of $1500.
Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders
Additional shipping cost apply to all orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and International orders. Momma Pots will pay 20% of order total towards shipping and retailers will pay the remaining balance. Must meet minimum order requirement of $1500 USD. International orders subject to customs duties, fees and/or taxes and s the responsibility of retailer.

DAMAGES/RETURNS/REFUNDS
To start a return or damage claim, contact us at hello@mommapots.com. Once a return request or damage claim is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be emailed from hello@mommmappots.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days to make a claim to report damaged, missing or incorrect products with images. The claim will be reviewed and upon approval, a credit note or gift card code for use towards a future order will be provided. If approved, we will give 100% credit for broken pots and a 50% credit for glazed pots with cosmetic irregularities. A 50% credit for defective pots ensures that the buyer may still make a similar profit margin on the product if it is discounted to sell. If the product you ordered has arrived in the incorrect color, we will provide a 50% credit towards your next order. Please note that we do not give refunds for damaged or missing products, only credit towards future purchases.
Returns & Exchanges
Returned products will not be accepted if held for more than 10 days after arrival. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges. Buyer is responsible for packaging and the return shipping cost. as well as shipping new products if exchanging. If products are damaged upon return, the total amount refunded will be reduced by the cost of the damaged products. All refunds will be remitted by company check 7-10 days after the return process is finalized.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided for out of stock products or any cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the order completion if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has already shipped then your order will be considered a Return. We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, all refunds will be remitted by company check 7-10 days after the refund process is finalized.
Information about Handmade Products Made from Raw Materials
Due to the nature of unglazed surfaces and raw materials like terracotta, scuffing and fingerprints are a natural result of our handmade process. These materials are also permeable and more susceptible to variation in color and texture, which can be caused by contact with other surfaces or substances, including water, fertilizer, etc. Because of these items’ natural reaction to the production and handling process, as well as common physical elements, we do not offer refunds or discounts for surface variations or fingerprints.
