Every pot is made of Terra-Cotta and features a drainage hole, flat-edged water tray, as well as an outdoor/indoor grade sealant on both the interior and exterior surfaces.

MINIMUM ORDER
- $1500 minimum order total
- Once you have placed an order, you may change or cancel the order within 2 days from the date of order by emailing hello@mommapots.com. No cancellation is allowed on rush orders as we commence palletizing and packaging immediately.
SHIPPING
- Orders will be shipped based on stock inventory. Lead time varies and is available for viewing on each product listing in the online wholesale portal. If you need delivery at specific date, please contact us to find out if we are able to accommodate.
- Rush order is available, please inquire first.
- All orders will be shipping LTL, if you have a preferred carrier let us know beforehand. Otherwise we’ll ship via LTL freight. Prior to the fulfillment date, a freight questionnaire must be filled out requesting company information to ensure the shipment is booked properly. The customer is responsible for additional costs acquired if inaccurate information disclosed.
- International orders are subject to custom restrictions/shipping requirements and buyer is responsible for all duties and import taxes/fees.
DAMAGED / RETURNS / LOST GOODS
Please ensure you inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival prior to signing off. If the packaging or product is damaged please do not accept it from the carrier or alternatively please sign for the item as damaged.
Contact hello@mommapots.com within 72 hours of receipt for damaged, missing or defective shipments. Credit in the form of a discount code will be provided for damaged or defective products. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 10 days after received. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging. If the goods are damaged upon return, the customer is responsible for payment in full.
