Do you sell to the public/consumers?

Our stock color cylinders in the Gemstone Collection and our Hand-Painted Collection is offered to consumers via our website and can be purchased here. For Momma Pots design consulting or custom Hand-Painted order inquiries, please use our contact form.

For our Gemstone Collection, you can find a stockist near you by going to the Where to Buy page in our Shop tab.

 

How do I apply to become a Stockist?

Click here to apply for our Wholesale Program and you will receive an application status update within 1-3 business days. 

 

What documents do I need to become a Stockist?

In order to buy wholesale from Momma Pots, we required e a valid tax ID or reseller permit be provided upon application.



Where do you communicate wholesale information, such as limited colors release dates and restock dates?

We communicate all important information through our Stockist Newsletter. Make sure to subscribe to receive them.


I received a damaged item, what should I do?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days of delivery to report damaged, missing, or incorrect product along with images to support your claim. Your claim will be reviewed and if approved, a credit note or gift card code for use toward a future order will be provided.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as ACH and company checks. Please refer to our terms page

 

When will my credit card be charged?

You will be charged in full once the order is placed. 

 

What is your minimum order requirement?

Our minimum order requirement is $1500.

 

Is shipping included?

Shipping is included via a third-party freight company for all domestic wholesale orders that meet our minimum order requirement of $1500. Additional fees apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.

 

Where do you ship from?

Our Momma Pots distribution center & warehouse is located in El Cajon, CA.

 

*All orders are shipped on LTL pallets via third-party freight companies.

 

Can I pick my order up at your warehouse?

Yes, local customers are more than welcome to pick up orders at our El Cajon location by appointment only. To schedule an appointment please email hello@mommapots.com. Please note that our minimum order requirement still applies.

 

What packaging materials do you use?

The health of our planet is important to us. The majority of our packaging materials are 100% recyclable—no Styrofoam here! 

 

Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes, we offer rush delivery. Please email hello@mommapots.com for a quote.

 

What is considered a residential location or limited-access area?

Freight companies experience more challenges when delivering to non-commercial locations due to the size of their trucks/trailers. A residential address is classified as an address that is in a residential zone, difficult to access, and may not have equipment for unloading a pallet. 

 

Similarly, areas with limited access—such as one-way streets, small parking lots, and busy streets with limited unloading capabilities—can cause challenges when delivering. Carriers will make accommodations and use a smaller trailer for deliveries to residential and limited-access areas when necessary, resulting in additional service fees. Please make sure to communicate any possible delivery challenges when filling out our freight questionnaire.

 

What is a lift-gate?

A lift-gate is a tool used to raise or lower pallets from a trailer. If your delivery location does not have a loading dock or fork-lift, you will need a lift-gate to remove the pallet (extra fees apply). A liftgate is required upon delivery. 

 

Will I be charged for delivery appointments and guaranteed deliveries?

If you request a specific day, more exact than what is provided by the carrier, an additional fee will apply. Our third-party freight carrier will contact you directly for delivery dates and times.

 

Where do I communicate changes to my shipping information?

Please email hello@mommapots.com to update your company information. Alternatively, you can update your shipping information on our freight questionnaire after placing an order.

 

Where do your products come from?

Our products are sourced overseas where they are handcrafted by skilled artisans who work with us exclusively and stand behind our designs and company values.

Measurements are listed by Length x Width x Height.
